We presently only have a handful of resellers which carry the ice cream brand but hope to expand this network in the near future. Given our no risk policy, the BEST place to sample our products is in your own HOME. Order something online, if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it - send it back within 30 days, for a refund.

All ice cream headbands, sweatbands and fitness accessories can be hand or machine washed in cold water on gentle cycle. We recommend that you hang your items to dry.

In stock items ship within 48 hours. Manufactured orders take between 1 to 2 weeks to ship. In either case, we’ll keep you informed about the status of your order through regular email communications.

You bet! All our fitness and yoga accessories are handcrafted in Canada by professional seamstresses who earn fair wages and work in comfort and safety.

Online payment options include all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover) and PayPal accounts.

On occasion, ice cream offers promotions which can be activated using a specific promotion (promo) code. This code may be entered and activated from within the shopping cart view. Notice that once you enter your promotional (promo) code and it is accepted, all items in your shopping cart (as well as all subsequent items you add) will have the promotion applied to them.

You have 30 days to send it back! As long as the product has not been worn, we can offer you a full refund, or exchange it for something else.

Taxes and shipping costs can be estimated from within the shopping cart view.

Most of our fabric flavours are all-inclusive however, we do have several premium fabrics that we need to add a surcharge to. When selecting your fabric, be on the lookout for surcharges as they are clearly indicated next to the name of the fabric.
